MyWardPage is an independent tool that helps wards of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints share information with their members. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. MyWardPage is a supportive tool only; Church policies and handbook guidelines take precedence over anything in this application.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each ward may have one owner and additional editors; you are responsible for managing who has access to your ward.
You retain ownership of the content you enter into MyWardPage (names, addresses, schedules, photos, etc.). By publishing content on MyWardPage, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content to operate the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the content you publish is accurate and appropriate. MyWardPage does not review or verify ward content.
MyWardPage is intended for use by authorized ward leadership or designees to share ward information. Use of MyWardPage for commercial solicitation, spam, or any purpose unrelated to ward community information is prohibited.
Church policy provides that a ward or unit web page must be approved by the Bishop. By creating a ward page, you confirm that you have your Bishop's (or appropriate leadership's) approval to create and maintain it on the ward's behalf. You are responsible for keeping that approval current.
New wards receive a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed as described on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
We provide MyWardPage on an "as-is" basis and make no guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any loss of data or disruption to your ward's public page due to outages, bugs, or service changes.
We may suspend or terminate access to MyWardPage at our discretion if these terms are violated. You may delete your ward and close your account at any time from the Admin settings.
MyWardPage is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for how ward leaders or members use information displayed on ward pages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyWardPage and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of MyWardPage after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
