Privacy Policy

Last updated June 19, 2026

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

  • Account email. When you sign up or log in, we store your email address to authenticate you and send you password-reset or magic-link emails.
  • Ward content. Anything you enter — ward name, meeting address, church hours, leadership names, missionary information, events, and sacrament programs — is stored on our servers so it can be displayed on your ward's public page.
  • Photos. Profile photos you upload for leadership or missionaries are stored in our file storage and served publicly as part of your ward's page.
  • Usage data. Our hosting provider logs standard request metadata (IP address, browser, page visited) for security and abuse prevention. We do not store these logs ourselves.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to operate MyWardPage — authenticating your account, storing your ward's content, and displaying it on your ward's public page. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Service providers

We use third-party services for hosting, authentication, file storage, and payment processing. These providers process data only as needed to operate MyWardPage and are not permitted to use it for other purposes.

Public content

Your ward's public page is accessible to anyone with the URL. Content you enter — including names, photos, addresses, and schedules — will be visible to the public. Only publish information that ward leadership has approved for public display.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained as long as your ward account is active. To delete your ward and all associated content (including uploaded photos), go to Admin → Settings → Delete Ward.

Cookies

We store a session cookie (set by Supabase Auth) to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Children's privacy

MyWardPage is intended for use by adults managing ward information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of MyWardPage after changes constitutes acceptance.
